Our pre-placement application is short and sweet!!! We get just the basics here as far as what color and sex, and the time frame you are looking to add a Newf to your family. I
Then, we will call you and get a lot more information about your lifestyle (active, very outdoorsy, pretty laid back, etc), the ages of any children, what you are looking for in a Newf (do you want to do therapy work someday, water work etc)
Once we have your info, we can then do a much better job of helping you select a puppy once the time arrives. Actually, we select the puppy based on input from you unless you are close enough to come and pick out a pup. Even then, we use our observations of the puppy, as well as their scores on the Volhard test to help you pick a good pup for your unique family and situation.
Our puppies are $1500.
Pups are vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and screened by a Vet Cardiologist before going home.
All pet puppies are sold with an AKC Limited Registration on a spay/neuter contract, which means you have a purebred AKC registered Newf, but do not have rights to breed or show. It also means you must spay or neuter your puppy by 18 months of age. If you are interested in breeding or showing, shoot us an email and we'll go over our requirement for a Full Reg puppy.
If you need your puppy shipped, shipping averages $300-400, with most places in the continental US being $350 or below and shipping to Alaska being right around $400, sometimes as high as $450. Shipping prices include airfare, taxes, vet certificate to fly and a crate big enough to use for a month or two after your puppy comes home.
We do not take deposits before puppies are born, and require a $300 deposit to hold a puppy until they are ready to come home. Our deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless we cannot provide the puppy as expected.
